My name is Scott Haumaha and I provide a premium business coaching service that provides owners with clarity and direction. One-off 90-min session to understand and address your business’s cashflow challenges, identify strategies to improve your cashflow and profit, and calculate the impact that these strategies can have on your cash position and profit.

This is a four hour planning session to create a clear and concise Business Plan. This one-page plan will outline exactly where your business is going, how you will get it there and what goals/milestones must be achieved along the way. It will act as a guide to ensure your business is on course for success.

1:1 coaching and accountability sessions for business owners which are tailored to best suit their needs. Scott can also facilitate one-off or a series of interactive workshops with your team to build trust and allow all team members to contribute to the business vision and values.
