Meet your Host

Scott Haumaha is a Chartered Accountant and Business Coach based in the Manawatū, known for his honest, practical approach to helping business owners grow with clarity and purpose.

With a background in finance, leadership, and people strategy, Scott works alongside established business owners to help them refocus their time, strengthen their team, and grow more profitably – without burning out or losing themselves in the grind.

Scott doesn’t promise overnight success or shiny shortcuts. He brings grounded advice, strategic thinking, and a deep belief that business can be both successful and sustainable when you're clear on where you're going and how to get there.

He's worked with a range of New Zealand businesses – from trades and professional services to civil contractors and creatives – and is passionate about helping leaders build businesses they’re proud of, and lives they actually enjoy.
